- We deliver to addresses in mainland Great Britain. We can’t currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 days. Personalised items may take a little longer.
- You’ll receive an email when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where the courier provides them.
- Many of our gifts are sent directly by the maker or supplier. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels, on different days and with different couriers. You only pay delivery once per order.
- Delivery charges are always shown in your basket before you pay.
Christmas delivery
Our last order dates for delivery before Christmas 2026 are:
- Friday 18 December for items sent directly by our suppliers
- Monday 21 December for items we send ourselves
Each product page shows the date that applies to that item. If your order has items with different dates, order by the earlier one to receive everything before Christmas.
